To a Northern Neck Virginia Victorian fireplace mantelpiece of the circa 1860-1870 period. The mantrel frieze contains two moulded panles above a moulded hearth opening support. Twp plain pilasters with chamfered ends are applied to the mantel legs or jambs. Note: the mantel retains its original faux marblizing developed in shades of yellow and brown.
This mantle should be installed by your mechanic in accordance with all local fire and building codes.
