This is a gret vintage bookshelf game by Hasbro called "It Takes Two" and is an NBC game. It's a game for couples and includes all original pieces and instructions. Included in the box are pencils, score pads, paper money, a Readout sleeve which has a red see thru area for reading the messages on the cards which are also incuded. Box is in great condition and is nice and tight. There is one small area at the top corner where the paper is worn off which is probably where a price sticker might have been. According to the instructions, there should be 6 pads and 6 pencils, one of each is missing which isn't bad for a game that is over 30 years old!

According to the instructions, the object of the game is:

"It Takes Two is a fast-paced game for two or more couples. The players are asked antic and off-beat questions to which a numerical answer applies. Each player writes his answer individually and, after all questions are recorded, the two answers for each couple are averaged. This average is the team answer. The team whose averge is closest tothe right answer wins the round and is awarded $100. the first couple to win $1,000 wins.
