This is a most curious novelty item that I'm not quite certain how I would accept it if given as a present. Is the person stating I wish you where there? Or doing 20 to life has it's perks? Though I must admit this is the only pennant I have ever seen representing a prison. From the 1950's when Alcatraz was still a real prison. Measures 25' inches long. And you can bet Frank Morris has the only other known example.
