Here we have a watercolor floral painting from 1945. This piece is signed and dated by artist Anne Martin. The painting is framed and under glass. The frame is white painted wood. The frame is separating in the upper right corner and has some chips and scuffs around the edges. The matt is textured paper. The glass has no breaks, cracks or chips that I can see. The painting appears to be in great condition. It is not attached to a backboard so it looks a little wavy at the top but the colors are beautiful and soft. The flowers are elegant and detailed standing in a beehive style vase. The frame is in fair condition but the watercolor is in great condition. I do not know the date the piece was framed or who framed it. This piece is antique and will not be perfect. The frame measures 29 ¾ inches tall, 23 ¾ inches side to side and 1 1/8 inches thick. It weighs 6 pounds total.
