Vintage 1940's Camp Robinson, Arkansas souvenir pillow cover with original box, in satiny pink with pink fringe and "Sister" poem. This pillow cover, in very good to excellent condition, measures approximately 18 inches by 16.5 inches, not including the 2 inch fringe. It features an American Bald Eagle with American flags, an olive branch, arrows, and an "E PLURIBUS UNUM" banner; a garland of red and pink roses and tiny blue flowers; and a poem: Sister, Of all the girls I ever knew, There never was One like you. You're the nearest, You're the dearest, Pal I ever knew. The pillow comes with it's original mailing box which echoes the rose and tiny flower design and required 4 1/2 cent postage at the time. The pillow is in very good to excellent condition, never used, and crisp with vivid colors. The box shows some wear, age, and discoloration. It identifies the maker as A.N.C.O.
