18th century country French provincial cherry corner cupboard c1780. The cherry in this bowfront corner cupboard is a mellow honey brown, enhanced by its old rich patina. Measures 68 inches high, 32 inches wide, 19 inches deep inside and 22 inches outside. This is a rare diminutive size for a period French country cupboard. Hand made with a block plane and joined with wooden pins. Original hardware and key. The three tapered feet may have been a later addition but are true to the period.
