1788 US Colonial Connecticut Copper with Round Head, Miller 4.1-k, VERY RARE, Rarity-5. On page 76 of Walter Breen's Complete Encyclopedia of US and Colonial Coins, Breen number 860, Breen calls this variety "VERY RARE." Mailed Bust, struck at Machin's Mills in Newburgh, New York. Pleasing fine condition with very respectable laurel wreath detail. There is an obverse scratch below the mailed bust and also some minor detractions on the reverse. Please look at the images. If you cannot see the enlarged pictures clearly enough, then try resetting your monitor settings that were preset at the factory. If the pictures are coming out too dark, it is your monitor setting issue, not the image. Satisfaction guaranteed. Many other Connecticuts attributed by Miller variety and more state coinage from Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Kentucky, and Vermont. Over 200 US Colonials in stock, ready to ship. Many price ranges, many condtions, common to very rare.
