Very pleasant 1760 US Colonial Voce Populi Halfpenny in Very Fine 20 or 25. This issue usually comes weakly struck and this coin is par for the course. The obverse hair and laurel wreath as mushy as struck at the Mint. The reverse is also softly struck. This issue, is my opinion, is very undervalued, and a great item to stock up on as there are so few on the market. This specimen has a great look, wonderful eye appeal, which is so so important. The rich smooth chocolate surfaces are not always found on 200+ year old copper coins. The 2009 Redbook aka the Guide Book of United States Coins, shows a value of $850 in Very Fine. You will be happy with both the quality and price.
