The links on this are just so fabulous with all the fancy metal work on each side.The hand wrought links are hollow in the center ( see photo) and each link is individually set. The two sided carmelian intaglio cameo  looks a bit like Medusa. The chain is 18" long and in very good condition ( considering it is well over 100 years old).
