A very good pair of Imperial Austrian Edwardian 14K yellow gold double-faced cufflinks. The square faces have canted corner and are highlighted with bands of engine-turned engraving divided into panels with cobalt blue opaque guilloche enamel. The center of each face is finished with a cabochon cut blue sapphire of fine color. The faces are joined by removable connectors. The cufflinks are fully hallmarked with pre-World War I Imperial Austrian hallmarks. Origin: Austria, ca. 1910. Condition: excellent, all original, no enamel damage. Size: 1/2" x 1/2". Weight: 7.9 grams.
