Blue White Porcelain Bonbon Plate EMPIRE WORKS E P Co STOKE-ON-TRENT ENGLAND . Beautiful Flow Blue a seaport scene hand painted. The borders of the dish are raised with swags, leaves and scrolls. The handle has a relief patter as well. The condition is very good. There is some crazing and a two slight rough spots with some paint loss in the blue border near the rim. The spot are shallow effecting the glazes and do not go into the porcelain.
