This Carnival Glass "Windflower" bowl is 9" Wide by 2 3/8" high and has 10 Ruffles and a Smooth back and was Made by Dugan Glass Co. It is made on great Marigold Lustered glass.  It has no cut or scratch marks or chips at all and good even bold colors over the entire  bowl.  It is one of the nicest I have seen like it in 60 years of selling Antiques and I collect Carnival Glass  The Replacement value of this Bowl  is $50.00.
