W. Schollhorn Pliers Parallel Jaws / Cutters Bernard

Unavailable

This is nice clean pliers / cutters tool with jaws that remain parallel to one another in any position up to 5/8" thick. They are marked by a rare maker as follows: "W. SCHOLLHORN CO. NEW HAVEN CONN. BERNARD'S No. 102-8 PAT. No. 1064956" These pliers do date back to the 1930's in this style. Overall the pliers are in excellent working condition, the cutters are in very good condition, no rust, some minor staining and some missing nickel plating, but plating is still about 70%. A very nice old tool, very good jaw alignment and control! Measures: 8" long, the jaws are .50" wide, and have a baring surface of about 1.0".  A nice Bernard's patented larger size pliers overall!
