Vintage Sheffield double bell alarm clock.  It has a bright yellow metal case with brass peg legs.   The back panel is clear so you can wee the clock at work.  It is marked Western Germany Sheffield Time Reader Alarm & also Buffy & Jody. It is 5 1/2 " tall.
