"Palo Duro Canyon/ Texas" souvenir ceramic plate, made by Vernon Kilns of California.  Burgundy transfer on white; measures 10.5"d.  Features highlights of Coronados exploration of the area.  Marked on back "Made Especially for The Prairie Dog/ Amarillo Texas".  Very good condition with no chips or cracks.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
