Restaurant ware plate in the "Hummingbird" pattern by Syracuse. Design patent #77901 from 1925. April 1928 date code. Some of this pattern was used on the L&N Railroad, as well as the Bowman Miami-Biltmore Hotel, though this plate was never backstamped as such. Measures 9"d. Shows surface wear from utensils, but no chips or cracks. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
