Vintage sterling Carousel Horse brooch signed Figural

Doesn't this look like an old time victorian rocking horse? The horse is in full parade dress with plums and saddle. ONe of the prettiest and most decorated horses I have seen in sterling this is one that vintage horse is signed and has quite a bit of character. Notice his tail that has a beautiful knotted fringe and the feather in his hair. For a child as a keepsake or one of us children at heart, this is a really special brooch in great condition. He is s little over 2 wide and over 2 tall and marked in two places sterling and one place Lang.
