Stangl "Thistle" chop plate, or round platter (meat "chops" were very popular in the 50s & 60s).  Pink flowers with green leaves, white border band, and smooth rim.  1951-78. Measure 12 3/8"d.  Nice condition with only minor surface wear, no chips or cracks.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
