Vintage Relaxacizor Hollywood weight loss medical device  Model 5 This devise was designed to use electrical stimulation to shed the pounds.  Made in Hollywood, California.   It has several lead wires and soft round pads.  It also has a couple of pieces that can wrap around the body.  All in a neat black carry case. The case is  11 1/2  "  x 9 1/2  "   &  7  " deep.
