Vintage sugar bowl with lid in the "RGN1" pattern, made by Regina Fine China of Japan.  Large magenta & white roses, with gold stripe trim on scrolled handles.  Dates from 1945-52, the period of the occupation of Japan after World War II.  Measures 6.25" handle-to-handle x 4.25"h.  Excellent condition with no chips or cracks, very little wear.  Also have a single 6.5"d plate in this pattern, if interested please contact me.   Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
