Vintage Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne Tidbit Serving Tray

Vintage Pfaltzgraff tidbit / appetizer serving tray set, consisting of an aluminum and brass tray with an antiqued look, two pottery dishes in the Yorktowne cobalt and white stoneware pattern, with a center .75 inch thick wooden serving block. The metal tray measures approximately 21.75 inches (including the handles) by 9.75 inches by 1 inch. The dark-stained wooden center measures approximately 7.5 inches by 7.5 inches by .75 inches. Each stoneware dish measures approximately 7.5 inches by 3.75 inches by 1 inch. Altogether, this set weighs about 3.75 pounds. The serving pieces are in very good condition. The metal tray is free of dents and dings, shows light surface wear and some tarnish and discoloration; there is some scratching and more tarnish under the dishes and wooden center. The decorative brass handles are securely attached to the tray with brass rivets. The wooden center has no knife marks, and one small dent mark. The wood would benefit from a good cleaning, oiling, and polishing. The pottery dishes are in very good condition, with no chips or cracks; one dish has little plastic pads on the bottom.
