This is a good press formed steel end nippers with multiple pivot pin design for extra leverage.  Also, the nippers are spring loaded to full open position.  The nippers are in nice shape, decent cutting edges and all the pivot pins are snug.  No rust or damage.  A rarely seen style of end nipper!
