Combination scoop and bottle opener, with advertising for the Mayo Hotel of Tulsa. Oklahoma. States "Your Home Away From Home", and "600 Rooms- 600 Baths". Circa 1920's-30's. Made by B&B of St. Paul, Minnesota, marked patent pending. Bottle opener at end of handle. Measures 7 7/8"l x 1 5/8"w. Made of chromed steel with some corrosion as shown, and a light bend in the opener end. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
