Vintage  Italy Capodimonte Style Flower in Vase  .  It is 3" tall.  It is only marked " Italy" on the bottom so I cannot say for sure that is Capodimonte for sure.  

The condition is good but not excellent.  There are two leaves that are chipped.   .   This style of porcelain flowers chip very easily and it is rare to find one in perfect condition.   But there is much going on that the chips are hard to notice.
