Pair of vintage Guildcraft tole painted round, covered tins, with Pennsylvania Dutch pattern. The stylized tulip design is in red, yellow, green, and white on black, with gold-painted top and bottom edges. The large tin measures approximately 4.375 inches high and 10.125 inches in diameter. The smaller tin measures approximately 3.625 inches high and 7.625 inches in diameter. On the bottom of each, in raised letters, is "CONTAINER BY Guildcraft NEW YORK U.S.A." The tins are in good to very good condition, with no dings or dents on the tops and sides; the large tin has a handful of shallow creases on the bottom. The tins show light surface wear and scratching, with small areas of paint and finish loss. The small tin has a handful of small areas where the finish has tiny bubbling; the areas are stable but rough in texture. Please refer to the 4 photographs for appearance and condition.
