This is a Vintage Florida Postcard of the Hotel Soreno in St. Petersburg, Florida RPPC Streetview. Built in 1923 and among the first of the major hotels in St. Petersburg, Florida, the Soreno Hotel was a landmark which housed World War II soldiers, was the favorite tourist destination for thousands over the decades, and was a grand edifice which helped to define St. Petersburg as a popular and ritzy vacation hot spot. The Soreno closed in 1984, and its 1992 implosion lives on to this day at the end of the movie "Lethal Weapon III." This postcard is in good vintage condition.
