Vintage David Brown of California Loose Jacket Top Leopard Print lounge wear.  .   It is big loose and comfortable.    There is no button or tie closure.  It just hangs loose or you can hold it closed and has pockets on either side.  and 3/4 sleeves.    It is meant to worn over something.    Made of a synthetic material .  The condition is excellent.
