Vintage Children's Heywood Wakefield School Desk & Chair Set

Vintage Heywood Wakefield school chair & desk set.  The chairs are fiberglass on a chrome frame & the desks are metal.   The chair pictured is the only 2 tone color chair.   **SEE PHOTOS**   The other colors are royal blue,  burnt orange, off white & aqua.  I have a few of the color sets left  & a couple of the wooden chairs w/metal desk sets.  I bought roughly 150 sets from the little country school just down the road from my house.

   They are marked Heywood Wakefield on the bottom. The chairs alone sell for $125.00 each, I'm pricing them to sell.   Shipping is usually $55.00 with Greyhound Express.

The desks came out of Lost City School K - 8th grade.   It was been here over 100 years & 4 generations of my family attended school there.  Thanks to greed & embezzlement the state closed the school.  It doesn't hurt if you're dating a Congressman & very good friends with Sandy Garrett Oklahoma Secretary  of Education in OKC.   The superintendent  & president Annette Millard didn't even have to pay restitution.   The money was 1 thing, but, she took the center of our super small rural community.  

 I remember sitting in these chairs when I went to school there.  So many wonderful memories of that place.  At least Millard can't take that from us.
