Vintage Brass  Sputnik Clock , Sessions, made in Germany .   It will not wind and more.    So I assume that the spring needs to be cleaned, oiled for reparied.     I am guessing that it is an 8 day clock.   It is 9" in diameter including the spikes.   The depth is about 2".   The weight is 1 lb 9.5 oz.
