Vintage 1980s Egyptian Motif leather tooled painted s purse with studs. The embossed designs are from painting and hieroglyphics from the tombs. The colors are in dark burgundy brown, forest green and gray on a warm brown background. It has a chain for wearing as a shoulder bag as well as a top handle to carry as a handbag. The purse alone if 10" x 6.5" x 4". The drop length from the apex of chain to the bottom of the bag is approx. 23". It is made with sturdy thick split hide leather that is unlined on the inside. The very decorative clasp turns to open. The condition is very good. It has rarely been used and for the most part sitting in storage for decades.
