Victorian Blue Lapis Glass Stone with Green Stones Brooch /Pin.   Actually it looks more like Crysocolla due to the green marbling in the blue matrix.    The stone is surrounded by faceted green rhinestone.  It set in repousse brass setting with a Fleur-de Lis pattern.   The condition is nearly excellent.  The metal finish has a great patina that is appropriate for it's age.
