This is a good, used, 8 inch long pliers marked "UTICA 1000 UTICA N.Y. U.S.A. PAT. APP. FOR". The jaws, and all three (4 if you count the two that angle into the pliers' flat jaws) wire cutting sections are in good shape. As you can see in the pictures, there is very little minor wear on any of the features and all the cutters are in very good shape overall. No cracks, no rust, or other damage. The pivot pin is still quite snug, not loose. A quality made used pliers by a well known quality tool maker!
