This is a good, used, 8 inch long pliers marked "UTICA 1000 UTICA N.Y. U.S.A." with the antique 3 diamonds logo. The jaws, and all three (4 if you count the two that angle into the pliers' flat jaws) wire cutting sections are in good shape. As you can see in the pictures, there is some minor wear on the outside of the jaws mostly, the inside jaw grips, and cutters are in very good shape overall. There is a few dings around one side of the pivot area noted, but no cracks, no rust, or other damage.  The pivot pin is still quite snug, not loose.  A quality made used pliers by a well known tool maker!
