Unique Cast metal oriental lamp with wooden base and top with silk shade. This is probably the heaviest lamp you will ever own. It is a oriental design popular in the 1950 era. I do not know the age of this lamp, but it is at least that old. It is cast iron with a layer of plaster and then painted. Truely unique. Works great, has a hieroglyphic design and great for office. This will have to be shipped in two boxes, one for the shade and one for the lamp. Postage will be 15.00 in the USA. Aprox 29"" x 4 1/2"" base The lamp is in excellent condition, it has some wear, but still excellent. The shade has a couple of minor stains and one 3"" scratch. Because it is a light earth green, the problems do not appear to detract from the beauty of the lamp but add to it. If you do not want it, as the value is in the lamp, postage will be 10.00.
