It was directed by Melanie De Proft and illustrated by Catherine Scholz and was published by Culinary Arts Institute in 1954. This book is number 104 in a series of cookbooks. There are black and white photos to go with many of the recipes. There is a tempting recipe for Seven Minute Chocolate Frosting on page 26 of this 66 page book. This cookbook appears to have not been used. We consider it to be in excellent condition although it may have a small stain or upturned page. Old book. It measures approximately 9 x 6 inches wide.
