Teotihuacan Mexico Handcrafted Mexican Pottery Clay Warrior Mask with 2 faces Aztec or Mayan

Teotihuacan Mexico Handcrafted Mexican Pottery Clay Warrior  Mask with 2 faces .     As you can see there is a little face above the main face.  Not sure what the meaning is but from references I have seen it has something to do with life and death.   But usually the little face would be a skull, and  this little face has freakish teeth, it does not look like a skull to me.

The  glaze finish is a dark blue and a dark  jade green with a terra-cotta reddish brown.     There is a carved in signature on the back.  It is partly obliterated but I can make out" Hecho en Teotih  Mex"  So since part of it cut off I assume that it is made in the area around Teotihuacan which is a famous ruin site not too far from Mexico city.    It is 12" wide and about 11" tall.   There is a hanger on the back but it looks flimsy and I would put something sturdier on it before hanging it on the wall.

The condition is excellent meaning there is no damage.  It is hand crafted so there will be a few inconsistencies in the glaze to symmetry.
