Tall  Blown Green Glass Cruet Style  Art Glass Vase with Small Clear Handle, Signed.  But I cannot make out the markings which are along the foot rim in raised form either molded or pressed in from the other side.   The peice is 8" tall and  3" wide at the widest point.   There is a small clear handle .   The top is ruffled  or pinched and does not seem to have a spout where one would expect.   So therefore it probably is not meant to be a cruet but merely a pretty bud vase.
