Nice wheel thrown pottery vase.  It is unsigned.      It is 6" high and in excellent condition.     The neck and top are blue with different degrees of intensity.  Then it flows into a green band.   As you can see the bottom half is banded browns.  The border of the color change also has a light band and it is at an angle.  

Nice piece.  Sorry I don't know much about it.
