Stanley Yankee Push Drill No. 45 w/8 Drill Bits Nice!

$80.00
Quantity available: 1

This is a nice clean, unique Spiral push drill marked "YANKEE NO. 45 NORTH BROS. MFG. CO. DIV. OF STANLEY TOOLS PHILA. PA. U.S.A.". It features 8 compartments inside the handle that have a total of 8 different sized drills (a full set) in them (from 1/16"-11/64"). In this style push drill there there is a metal cap on the handle that is threaded, and can be removed to expose the various drill bits in the storage handle interior. The drill points are in very good condition overall. The push drill is quite nice with nicely polished finish, a few very minor scratches on it, the handle has the "STANLEY" mark on it in white lettering, the lettering is somewhat faded, but the name is visable. It has a smooth spring loaded movement. Basically much like the North Brothers Yankee push drill No. 41 in function, but is 9.0" long overall, and has the described handle, instead of the all metal handle of the No. 41. This push drill uses the Stanley or North Brothers "YANKEE" type drill bits with the notch and flat on the shank. Works great, with a good main spring and good working spring chuck. A very nice clean tool!
