Splatter Spots Blown Art Glass Vase, Signed.     I cannot make out the signature.  Looks like it says Nivol  or something like that. 

I is hand crafted mouth blown vessel that is shaped more like a cup than a vase.  Measures 5" tall.   There is some subtle paneling with a graceful curve in the mid-section  then flares out again toward the top.   The rim is a bit uneven.   The base is undulated lobes that the glass rests upon.   The colors are beautiful, pinks purples, greens, glues on a white matrix.  However all of the colors are translucent.    The condition is excellent.
