Upson Rope Pulley Block & Tackle Triple

Offering this nice antique farm/barn triple tackle block with the single becket, has triple steel (3) pulley wheels. All pulleys and becket are fully functional, The exterior is hardwood and the interior has a steel box frame for strength.  This one is also marked be the marker; "THE UPSON WALTON CO. CLEVELAND OHIO" on both brass medallions on each side.  The cast steel hook is marked U.H. CO." in raised cast lettering.  The metal is darkened, but not rusty, the wood shows some wear from use, but not cracked or damaged, some rub marks and dings, otherwise very clean and in good+ condition with about 50% of the original paint intact. The size is 11.26 from hook to bottom of Becket support, 3.0" x 4" oval wood exterior and 4.7" wide from medallion to medallion. It appears that this tackle block has been on display for quite a few years, very clean considering it was made in the early 1900's era.  The UPSON-WALTON CO. was in business from 1880 to 1934, they were located at 1280 West Eleventh St. Cleveland Ohio.
