Soap box Derby car races 1934 car. This is an April 1934 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from The General Tire and Rubber Company of Akron, Ohio with nice graphics from an early magazine. It seems that the young boy driving a soap box derby car with NRA emblem and has General Dual Balloon, the silent safety tires, on his vehicle too. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 6 1/2" wide by 10" tall.
