This item is an Old Silver Lighter Holder. This holder is decorated with a Deer Head and two (2)colorful stones. The smaller oblong stone is reddish in color. The larger irregular-shaped stone is a greenish blue. There are also some fancy etching designs on the front and back. This unusual holder is approximately 3 1/4" tall. There is an old cigarette lighter in the holder. The holder is bent on the bottom. There are a few very small dings here and there. The stones are securely in place. A little cleaning would go a long way on this piece. This UNUSUAL holder would be a fantastic display piece. This VERY OLD item is in good used condition.
