Silver Flapper purse / vintage Whiting & Davis mesh purse / Art deco fringe / Vintage chainmaille purse / cathedral frame / original tag

This hinged, chainmaille purse or wristlet is perfect for mother of the bride (great for any formal occasion) or that vintage collector. I have never seen one with a silver metal hang tag inside like this ( see photo) . It measures 3" across and 8" tall and is REALLY well made. The chain is 12" long. ( would look really cool as a necklace, making quite the statement). It hangs like silk it is so well put together. Great condition with very little darkening of the metal.  I am not a purse aficionado so please ask all the questions you like, because this because it is a beautiful accessory that you don't see any more and it is sold as found.
