Silver Candelabra in Rococo Style from Haller and Rathenau of Germany

Our silver candelabra from Haller & Rathenau of Berlin, Germany, in the French Louis XV rococo style feature six candle surrounding a central stem with candle at top.  Each measures approximately 24 in tall and 14 in in diameter (61 by 35.5 cm).  Each carries the maker's mark and the 800 mark for silver purity.

Each weighs approximately 77 ounces, 70 troy ounces, 2183 grams, 

Condition of each is good.  There are scratches, modes nicks, dents and bends, all consistent with age and use.  Each has one missing bobeche.  Each currently has a good polished surface with light degree of tarnish.

Haller & Rathenau was founded by Joseph Haller (1772-1838) and Benjamin Rathenau (1798-?) and produced and retailed jewelry, silver and other decorative goods.  They are said to have been court jewelers to the King of Prussia and Prince Friedrich of the Netherlands.
