Signed Schreiner New York Pink Brooch and Matching Clip Earrings
Gorgeous sparkling round pink brooch signed SCHREINER NEW YORK and matching unsigned clip earrings circa 1960's. The large center stones in both the brooch and earrings are inverted set, a well known characteristic of Schreiner jewelry. A ring of small pink AB rhinestones surrounds it, and 9 pink petal shaped stones, also inverted There is another ring of alternating round pink and marquis shaped AB pink rhinestones, following by a ring of alternating pale lavender with gold foilback and clear inverted stones with decorative prongs. One dog tooth prong is missing from a pale lavender inverted stone on the outside ring where the pin attaches to the brooch, and there is a tiny chip on the tip of one of the marquis shaped AB pink rhinestones. The clip earrings match the center part of the brooch, and have the unusual elongated clips. The oval Schreiner New York cartouche is attached on the back of the brooch, and the earrings are unmarked but are clearly part of this set. The brooch measures 2.75" across, and the earrings are 1.75".
