Shawnee Pottery Ceiling cover. This is a round cover for a ceiling lamp that would have a light bulb in the center. Nice old fixture, early 1940 era. There is a picture shown in the Shawnee Book with the laurel and hand painted dot border with a little different flower. This one has 3 colors instead of the one color. Very attractive . It has three hand painted flowers in blue and yellow and a laurel wreath around base with a handpainted berry. Mint condition, no mark. This would also make a great base for a table lamp. Aprox 7 inches across x 2 inches deep
