Set of Five Vintage Victorian Pan American Exposition or Worlds Fair, Buffalo, New York Postcards. The Pan-American Exposition was a World's Fair held in Buffalo, New York, United States, from May 1 through November 2, 1901. The fair occupied 350 acres of land on the western edge of what is present day Delaware Park, extending from Delaware Ave. to Elmwood Ave and northward to Great Arrow Ave. These five cards are as follows: The Building of Ethnology, The Electric Tower and Grand Basin, The Machinery and Transportation Building, The Electricity Building and last The Horticultural Building and Graphic Arts Building. These five cards are being sold as one lot and are in very good vintage shape. Remember that private mailing cards such as these had been authorized by an Act of Congress on May 19, 1898. So these cards had been allowed only for 3 years prior. A little history. These cards are uncirculated. You can zoom in on any of these to get the fine detail. Sold as found. We are not postcard experts. Pan Am Expo
