Service Pin(s)/Selective Service Systems Award

Unavailable

Here is a little piece of WWII era history. I have not been able to find out very much about this award ribbon. I can assume it was given to civilian workers who served with distiction and loyal service to the Selective Service system durring wartime. This one was given, or awarded, to "Emery T. Ericson". There is no date. It is a bronze medal suspended from a blue and gold ribbon. The ribbon is solied, but intact. The medal has the seal of the United States and the words"Selective Service System World War II on the front. The bronze medal measures approx. 1 1/4" across. The shipping fees quoted are for first class/No insurance in USA.
