PayPal is our preferred method of payment. It's quick, it's easy and helps to expedite shipping. We will accept personal or business checks or money orders if preferred, but the shipment will be held until payment has been cleared.
Depending on the weight and size of the package, we will either ship via USPS or Federal Express. We do our best to keep shipping costs at a reasonable rate in favor of the buyer. International shipments are usually sent at the lowest rate available depending on the weight of the package. Any item weighing 5 lbs or above, will need to be shipped International Priority Mail.
Items over $50 will be insured at our expense. Most items under $50 that are shipped Priority Mail are already covered by USPS.
If the item is not as described, we will issue a full refund including the initial shipping costs. In the event, that the buyer is not pleased with an item, it can also be returned, but the buyer may be obligated to pay for the returned postage. We try to pack all items to withstand mishandling in shipment; however, if an item is damaged, the buyer should bring the tracking number and the insurance claim to the shipper for reimbursement.
